Pursuant to Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements the Board of Directors of Zanaco Plc (“the Board”) wishes to inform the Bank’s shareholders and the public that Mr. Len De Villiers and Ms. Mirjam t’Lam resigned as members of the Zanaco Board of Director with effect from 1st November and 15th November 2021, respectively.

The Board would like to thank Mr. De Villiers and Ms t’Lam for the immeasurable service they rendered to the Board and wishes them the best in their future endeavours.
