Pursuant to Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements the Board of Directors of Zanaco Plc (“the Board”) wishes to inform the Bank’s shareholders and the public that Mr Hastings Mtine has retired as Board Chairperson of the Zanaco Plc Board effective 30th March 2022.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Mtine for the immeasurable service he rendered to the Board and for the numerous achievements of the Bank under his leadership from 30th March, 2015 to March 30th March, 2022. The Board wishes him the best in his future endeavours.

Furthermore, the Board wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Patrick Wanjelani and Mrs Regina Mulenga as the Board Chairperson and Vice Board Chairperson, respectively effective 30th March 2022.

The Board would like to wish Mr Patrick Wanjelani and Mrs Regina Mulenga the best in the execution of their duties following the appointment.
