Pursuant to Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements the Board of Directors of Zanaco Plc (“the Board”) wishes to inform the Bank’s shareholders and the public that our Board Chairperson Mr. Patrick Wanjelani retired from the Zanaco Board of Directors on 22nd November 2023 following the end of his tenure on the Board. We further wish to advise that our Vice Board Chairperson Mrs. Regina Mulenga has since been appointed as an interim chairperson pending the due process for the appointment of a substantive chairperson.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Wanjelani for the immeasurable service he rendered to the Board. The Board wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
