Pursuant to Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements the Board of Directors of Zanaco Plc (“the Board”) wishes to inform the Bank’s shareholders and the public that Mr. Yamfwa Chinyanta has retired from the Zanaco Board of Directors effective 22nd November, 2023 following the end of his tenure on the Board.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Chinyanta for the immeasurable service he rendered to the Board. The Board also wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
