Pursuant to Section 3.59 of the Lusaka Securities Exchange Listing Requirements the Board of Directors of Zanaco Plc (“the Board”) wishes to inform the Bank’s shareholders and the public that Mr. Mukuli Chikuba has left the Zanaco Board of Directors effective 5th July 2023.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Chikuba for the immeasurable service he rendered to the Board. The Board wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
