At the Annual General Meeting held virtually via the Zoom Teleconferencing facility on 15th June 2020, a Final Dividend of 0.05 Kwacha per share for the fiscal year ended 31st December 2019 was approved by the shareholders of Zanaco Plc. This would bring the total dividend paid out to shareholders to ZMW75.1M for the fiscal year ended 2019.

In accordance with the requirements of the Securities Act No. 41 of 2016 and the Listing Requirements of the Lusaka Securities Exchange, notice is hereby given that the Final Dividend shall be payable to shareholders registered in the Company’s books as at close of business on Friday 3rd July 2020. The Payment date will be on or about Wednesday 8th July 2020. Therefore, the last trading day to be eligible to receive the dividend is Tuesday 30th June 2020.

Shareholders are reminded to provide their up-to-date bank account details and forwarding addresses to our Transfer Secretaries Corpserve Transfer Agents Limited in order to facilitate efficient and expedient payment of the dividends.
