The Nominations Committee is chaired by the Board Chairperson. The Committee meets at least once a year and assists the Board in identifying and recruiting competent and qualified candidates for Board membership, chairpersons of Board, Board Committees, Committee members and members of Senior Management.

It operates under a formal charter approved by the Board. The Committee assesses the effectiveness of the Board, Board Directors’ attendance of Board and Board Committee meetings. The Committee further reviews the adequacy of governance principles and practices of Board Directors.
